You can book with us with a minimum of 2 business day notice. Preferred booking requests should be made Monday through Friday during normal business hours. You can submit your booking request to kansascity@iflyairo.com.(mailto:charters@iflyairo.com)

We will send you an invoice with the amount owed. Billing instructions will be attached to your invoice. The preferred payment method is credit card.

If you need to cancel your trip, please allow at least 24 hour cancellation notice. For cancellations under 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 20% of the quoted price will be charged. If we need to cancel your trip for weather or safety reasons, we will make contact with you as early as possible. You will not be charged a cancellation fee for these cancellations.

We have no onboard amenities.

While we love our furry friends, we do not allow carriage of pets on board our aircraft. If you have an ADA service animal, please contact us by calling our office at (816)-499-3342 to coordinate any available accommodations.

You are welcome to bring your food and drinks on board the aircraft. Drinks should be in spill proof containers. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed to be consumed on board our aircraft.

FAA Regulations strictly prohibit smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes on board aircraft.

We operate smaller aircraft that would not be conducive to taking a meeting due to noise levels in the aircraft while in flight.

Charter allows for more of a one-on-one experience with your flight crew. You may have the whole aircraft to yourself and you will get to customize your destination and experience that way. Commercial airlines are also scheduled and charter leaves on your schedule.

You do not have to go through a TSA screening checkpoint for your flight with AIRO. However, you are still prohibited from carrying items that the TSA does not allow on board aircraft. We do not handle ground transportation at your destination. We will transport you and your cargo from airport to airport. For ground transportation at your destination, you can work with the local airport support staff to utilize available resources at your destination.
